In Lovelock and Watson's DaisyWorld, daisies absorb or reflect sunlight, based on their color, or 'albedo.'
Barren ground also has albedo. For a range of solar luminosity (sun brightness),
the daisies maintain the world temperature to their liking.
DaisyBall extends this to multiple colors and sites on a globe.
