Aid Type Medical

Medical aid means sending doctors and medicine and resolving major health threats like cholera-laden water supplies, probably innoculations or other epidemic-stopping measures. As with most aid types, it targets the highest impact opportunities first. In Wisteria, child mortality is terribly high, so Medical aid does most for children aged 0-4, a lot for childbearing women, and somewhat less for all other groups in the population.

There are no lasting effects of Medical aid, except to the population structure (how many young/old, etc.) When aid is stopped, mortality reverts to its original levels.
