On a Budget
To Do
The goal here is to explore what happens when aid ends, thus what kinds
of aid make an enduring change for the better.
Tasks:
- Find the Aid Package that yields the lowest death toll. Is it the
same one as for the Wisteria Introduction where aid never ended?
- What kinds of aid make the long term situation worse than
if the country never received any aid?
- Optional : Using your best aid package, try turning capacity
effects on. Do your conclusions change?

a description of Wisteria itself.
Wisteria Budget differs from Wisteria Intro in that aid stops when
you meet or exceed 80 aid points spent. At the recommended 8 points per year,
this is 50 years of aid, followed by 30 years of no aid, for the basic 80-year
projection.
